  • Experience in helpdesk desk profile which involves Incident Management & technical troubleshooting in Retail domain
  • Good understanding of handling Service desk issues
  • Excellent verbal & written and presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Wide exposure in customer & client interaction
  • First point of internal escalation for service desk executives
  • Act as SME from a technical and process prospective and assist SD executives when they get stuck on a call need SME support
