Position 1: Call Center Executive(Inbound & Outbound)

Qualification: Minimum HSC Passed
Position 2: Data Entry Operator
- Experience in Data Entry Skills
- Good Typing Skills, Min. 25wpm
- Capturing alphabetical and numerical data and input in the software
- Ability to operate a standard PC keyboard accurately above the minimum acceptance rate
- Able to maintain confidentiality of information and records
Qualification: Min HSC. Passed
Position 3: Quality Analyst
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in Quality of Voice Process.
- Involves listening to Inbound/Outbound calls, eye on the quality parameter, also provide solutions using the database.
- Ensure CSRs are updated and process updates
- Conduct timely Feedbacks / Coaching, Briefings and CSR development related activities
- Requires good communication skills
- Experienced in MS Office applications.
