Job Description:

  •  Conduct periodic audits and ensure the policies and procedures are followed
  • Develop, maintain internal and external contacts to gather IR intelligence
  • Keep management abreast with latest IR issues in & around the company.
  • Mentor employees on a regular basis to maintain a positive work culture.
  • Ensure discipline against erring employees.
  • Preparing periodic MIS reports and updating the same to the Management.
  • Coordinating in welfare/ motivational/developmental activities for employees.
